How do I choose the right size red light helmet?

Using a soft measuring tape, place it just above your eyebrows. Wrap the tape around the top of your ears and then around the back of your head at its widest point. Pull the tape so it sits snugly — it should lie flat against your skin without feeling tight. The number you see is your head circumference.

3. Have any photosensitive disorders or any genetic conditions of the eye.

Potential risks

Immediately after treatment skin may appear red. Skin should return to normal within 1 to 2 hours.

Temporary headaches may immediately follow the light treatment. Headaches can be treated with an appropriate pain killer and rehydration.
