How does the Sonia Sélaire x CurrentBody LED Face & Neck Kit work?
Both devices use clinically proven red (633nm), near-infrared (830nm) and deep near-infrared (1072) to boost collagen, improve elasticity and even skin tone.
What’s the difference between this kit and other LED masks?
This kit uses the same clinically proven LED technology as our original CurrentBody Skin devices. The only difference is the limited-edition colorway, created in exclusive collaboration with Sonia Sélaire.
How often should I use the LED Face & Neck Mask?
For best results, use the masks 3 to 5 times per week.
How long does each red light therapy session take?
Each session lasts 10 minutes. The devices automatically switch off once the treatment is complete.
Should I use the mask on clean skin or after applying skincare?
Always use on clean, dry skin and follow with your usual skincare after.
How long before I see results from red light therapy?
Most users begin to notice visible improvements in skin tone, texture and firmness within 4 weeks. Full results take up to 8 weeks.

Sensitivity test
Before carrying out your first treatment you must carry out a sensitivity test. Follow the step by step guide below;
1. Power on your device.
2. Switch ON the controller and allow the device to run for its full 10-minute treatment program. The device will automatically switch off after 10 minutes.
3. At any time if your skin feels HOT or uncomfortable STOP using the device immediately.
4. After the treatment wait at least 6 hours. If the skin appears red and/or itchy the device is unsuitable for you and in these circumstances you can return the device to us within 14 days for a full refund.

Contraindications
Certain medical conditions, medications and chemicals are known to induce photosensitivity. Photosensitivity is a common side effect of various medications. These can include many
commonly used medications, skincare, supplements, antibiotics, diuretics and steroids.
St John's Wort, certain perfumes, antiperspirant, antibacterial soaps, artificial sweeteners, naphthalene (mothballs), petroleum products, brightening agents found in laundry detergent and
cadmium sulphide (a chemical injected into the skin during tattooing).
Anyone with the following medical conditions should not use this device:
- Epilepsy or seizures triggered by light
- Metabolic disorders such as Porphyria
- Autoimmune disorders such as Systemic Lupus Erythematosus
- (SLE)
- Photosensitive disorders
- Active cancers
- Use of photosensitive medication or skincare
- Eye disease
- Glaucoma
- Cataracts
- Recent laser eye surgery
- Light induced headaches or migraines.
Contraindicated Skincare:
- Salicylic Acid
- AHA and BHA Exfoliants
- Glycolic Acid
- Fruit Acids
- Retinoids
- Hydroquinone
- Tretinoin
- Benzoyl Peroxide
- Any other skincare which causes sensitivity to the sun or photosensitive/phototoxic reactions.
Contraindicated medications:
- Antibiotics - particularly those for treating skin conditions
- Isotretinoin or Roaccutane - use within 6 months
- Steroids, topical or injectables - If a customer has had steroid injections they will need to wait 3 months before they can use LED.
