These Terms govern your use of melanvo.shop and purchases made through the store. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. About these Terms
“Melanvo”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the operator of melanvo.shop. “You” means the visitor or customer. Our Shipping Policy, Return & Refund Policy and Privacy Policy form part of these Terms.
2. Eligibility and accounts
You must have legal capacity to enter a purchase contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for the accuracy of information submitted and for keeping account credentials secure. Notify us promptly of suspected unauthorized account use.
3. Product information and availability
We aim to describe products, available options, images and dimensions accurately. Screen settings and manufacturing changes may result in minor differences. Products and variants are subject to availability, and we may limit quantities where reasonably necessary.
4. Prices and payment
Store prices are displayed in US dollars unless stated otherwise. Applicable taxes, duties or charges are shown at checkout when collected by us. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
5. Orders
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt but does not necessarily constitute acceptance. A purchase contract is formed when we accept and begin fulfilling the order. We may reject or cancel an order for suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or inventory error, legal restriction, or inability to deliver. If payment was taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.
6. Shipping, title and risk
Delivery estimates and supported destinations are described in the Shipping Policy. Risk generally transfers when the product is delivered to you or a person you designate, subject to mandatory local law. You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
7. Returns and statutory rights
Our voluntary 30-day guarantee is described in the Return & Refund Policy. These Terms do not exclude consumer guarantees, withdrawal rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
8. Acceptable use
You may not misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape the service in a manner that disrupts it, impersonate another person, make fraudulent purchases, or use the website in violation of applicable law.
9. Intellectual property
The website design, Melanvo branding, original text, graphics and software are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Product names and third-party marks belong to their respective owners. No licence is granted except the limited right to use the website for personal shopping.
10. Third-party services
Payment processors, carriers and other third parties provide parts of the shopping experience. Their own terms may apply. We are not responsible for third-party services outside our reasonable control, except where the law provides otherwise.
11. Disclaimer and liability
We do not promise that the website will always be uninterrupted or error-free. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that was not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Changes and severability
We may update these Terms prospectively by posting a revised date. The Terms in effect when your order was placed continue to govern that order. If any provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective.
13. Applicable law and disputes
Applicable law and jurisdiction depend on the operator’s establishment and your place of residence. Mandatory consumer protections and rights to use local courts are preserved. Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern promptly.
